The Fifth Friend Scholarship will collect information from the student for the sole purpose of awarding the scholarship. After the scholarship has been awarded, all student applicant information will be destroyed. Award winners will be asked to authorize their name to be published on the scholarship webpage. No email distribution lists will be created.
